We have large stock of most of the regular items. For these items, we are able to ship the same day
Custom order is also acceptable.
For custom order, we will advise you the shipping time in advance. Generally 2-3 days.
- All sales are final. Please confirm your order carefully and make sure that is what your actually need. If you do need to change, please contact us in 2 hours to advise any change after the order is placed.
- Defective products can be returned if the defects are caused by FiberGo. Please note that customer has 7 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of delivery.
- Defective means "physically broken" not that it did not work for your application or that additional materials are required to use the item.
- Please also note customer is responsible for all return shipping regardless of reason for return. Fibergo is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages.
